We have a wealth of experience of small business both online and offline.  Our history means we are uniquely able to understand the pressures and stresses of the small businessman like yourself.  Having had various jobs, often at “the sharp end” of facing the public, we started our own retail business in the late ‘80s.  At that point we were specialist retailers in the field of aquatics.  Later we became wholesalers selling to the trade.  Having sold that business, we then developed various online businesses from which we have made our living for the past ten years. 

We are now lucky enough to work from home, but we’re not geeks huddled in our IT suite munching Mars bars and swigging strong coffee all day (although, on reflection, perhaps the coffee might help sometimes!).  We speak your language.  We do know a lot about the "science" of the Internet but we won't talk gobbledegook and try to blind you with it!  Leave the technical stuff to us. 

We live in the real world and know absolutely what it’s like being out there in a small business.  We know how busy you are just trying to keep it all together – how much hard work and long hours you put in, many when the business is officially “closed”.

Although we build websites, and (we believe) pretty good-looking ones at that, we are not graphic designers.  Our speciality is online marketing, and that’s how we’ve been making our living for quite a long time.  At the end of the day it’s not all about having what we call a “vanity” site (great to show your friends and say “look at me, I’ve got a website now”) – it’s about bringing more customers and more money into your business.
